Rain City Industrial builds the spaces industry runs on: cold storage, racking systems and heavy commercial fit-outs delivered across the Lower Mainland. It’s large-scale, exacting work for clients who can’t afford downtime, built to a standard most people never see behind the loading doors.
The brief
Position Rain City for bigger commercial clients. That meant a brand that looked as serious as the work, and content strong enough to carry the story of a build from steel to finished space.
What we’re doing
The work runs across three fronts. On video, two things sit side by side: project films that document real builds as they happen, and brand videography that positions the company for the commercial work it wants. Alongside it, site photography captures the crews and the craft, and a new website pulls everything together, built around their projects and their pipeline.
It’s built to compound. One shoot on site becomes footage, stills and story that carry across the website, social and the next pitch, so the work keeps paying off long after the crew packs up.
